Keywords in urls.*
If it is technically possible to have urls with keywords, do choose to have them.

1. 3-5 words is optimal.
Search engines will ignore your urls if they have too many words.
2. Hyphens.
Use a hyphen to separate the words.
3. Use a structure.
The url http://www.last.fm/music/Britney-Spears/Black-Out uses the following tree structure: level 1 is music, level 2 is Britney Spears, level 3 is the album Black Out. By using relevant keywords in the different levels your can improve you results.

Platform dependent.
Some technical platforms have this kind of urls easily available. In some cases it requires extensive programming.
